The Realm Castle Hills unveils their Electronic Message Center from Chandler Signs

Fort Worth, TX—Chandler Signs,the premier custom sign manufacturer partnered to unveil The Realm Castle Hills’ flagship Electronic Message Center. This new message center is one of the new generation, ultra-high resolution screens now available. The screen is a 10mm resolution masterpiece. It literally dominates the eastbound Sam Rayburn Tollway. The screen is as clear as anything you might put in your living room. Except this screen is 30 feet wide by 17 feet high and even looks good in the sun.

Chandler also partnered with The Realm Castle Hills to design and manufacture the modern mixed-use development’s other signage. The Realm Castle Hills, located in Lewisville, Texas, offers the sophistication of an urban lifestyle in a unique community setting. It is surrounded by beautiful outdoor features, restaurants, retailers, offices and luxury residences.

Virgin Hotels and Chandler Signs partner in the Dallas Design District

Fort Worth, TX—Chandler Signs, one of the largest custom sign manufacturers in the United States and the premier high-rise installation firm completed the much anticipated Virgin Hotels, Design District project in Dallas, Texas. The Design District in Dallas, Texas is an industrial-chic enclave known for its fine-art dealerships, sleek furniture showrooms and colorful stores selling high-end textiles. Cutting-edge art galleries include the Goss-Michael Foundation, displaying works by leading contemporary artists. A diverse food and drink scene ranges from diners serving Southern comfort fare to happening gastropubs and buzzy, chef-driven restaurants.  The Virgin Hotels establishment is the first hotel in this eclectic district of Dallas.

The Virgin Hotels sign is the first new roof top “old school” sign approved for use in the City of Dallas in more than 15 years and took over two years to reach final approval. It calls attention to the Design District like a beacon in the night. Some notable facts on the sign…

The stage it rests on is constructed of ½” steel.  There are three pieces that fit atop each other.  Assembled, it weighs more than 14,000 lbs. (7 tons).

From the top of the sign to the ground, the distance is 325’-3”. 

The distance from the roof top to the top of the sign is 30’. 

The sign stage (mounting area) is 42’-10” wide x 30” high.

The iconic Virgin “V” is 18’-2 3/4” tall. 

In total, the Virgin Hotels Design District sign portion is approximately 25’ high x 40’ wide.

New full motion RGB system for Simmons Bank Corporate HQ

Simmons Bank and Chandler Signs light up Little Rock, AR

Fort Worth, TX—Chandler Signs, one of the largest custom sign manufacturers in the United States and Simmons Bank have partnered to outfit the Simmons Bank Headquarters in Little Rock, AR with the latest in full motion RGB lighting. The system is a full motion, multi-color capable, 5-inch resolution LED system that literally dominates the lower half of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Downtown Little Rock has seen a renaissance of lighting of late and Simmons Bank’s contribution to this hasn’t gone unseen, literally. As you drive North or South on I-30 toward the Arkansas River, you’ll see the beautiful light scheme from a couple miles away in either direction. The system promotes creativity as well. It is capable of displaying motion graphics similar to a scoreboard. During the Fourth of July weekend, Simmons Bank will roll out a patriotic Red, White and Blue scheme for the citizens of Little Rock.

Cut! by Cinemark—Frisco, TX

Cinemark rolls out movies, food and fun in Frisco, TX

Fort Worth, TX—Chandler Signs, one of the largest, turnkey custom sign manufacturers in the United States is proud to highlight the latest Cinemark Theatres evolution of entertainment. Cut! by Cinemark raises the bar on the fusion of movies, food and social gathering. A “cut” above the rest in both movie and food experience, it features 10 screens with chef prepared food. It also features vintage gaming and an outdoor patio with a fire pit and social games.

Chandler’s contribution to this new experience is the nearly 100 foot tall Cinemark tower using next generation signage materials-including Pentaglas. A structurally strong, translucent glazing engineered with Nano-Cell® technology. The Pentaglas allows for excellent light transmission while being light and strong. Chandler also manufactured and installed all other exterior signage for Cut! By Cinemark as well the interior signage and wall murals.
